The new powder-foam branchpipe
Powder-foam branchpipe combines two functions: the projection of powder and the projection of foam. The combination of these two elements is a real advantage, as it improves the range. What’s more, this system offers greater efficiency when extinguishing hydrocarbon fires.
POK has extended its range of patented powder-foam branchpipe with a brand-new piece of equipment offering double the performance. Based on precise specifications, POK engineers and technicians have designed a 10,000 lpm at 7 bar powder-foam branchpipe. To deliver such high performance, the output equipment is large: 974mm x 250mm x 369mm.
This new product was developed in eight months (from September 2023 to May 2024), which is quite a feat on the part of the company’s teams, given the performance offered by this latest branchpipe. A series of tests was carried out by the research and development department to ensure impeccable jet quality, while considering all the technical characteristics.

The new automatic water- foam diffuser with air intake
POK has also created a new range of innovative and original diffusers. This is a development of water-foam outlet equipment perfectly adapted to the AGELASTO DN50 monitor.
The new diffusers have been designed to fit with the compactness of the AGELASTO DN50. In fact, this new range of nozzles has been halved in size and weight and features an exclusive combination of functions. This genuine technical innovation significantly enhances the capabilities of the monitor.
In addition to its compact size, this new range offers pressure regulation, air-intake water-foam distribution and motorized sheet spray control. From now on, the combination of all these features is available in a single outlet device.
What’s more, stream pattern control is integrated into the monitor remote control system (STACS). The nozzle and AGELASTO DN50 can thus be controlled from the cab of a fire truck, or via a wired or wireless remote control.
This range of diffusers is pressure-regulated, guaranteeing optimum range even in situations of degraded pressure or flow. Tests have proven that the range performance is maintained, as is the effectiveness of the flat spray pattern (30°), which enables a large area to be sprayed in a short space of time.
