Reception: a decisive stage
It all starts with receiving the materials. Upon arrival, each package undergoes rigorous handling and meticulous visual inspection. This step is crucial to ensure that only materials that meet our quality standards are integrated into the production chain. We know that the quality of finished goods depends to a large extent on the quality of the materials used, which is why this initial inspection is essential.
Machining: in-house expertise and precision
At POK, we firmly believe that there’s nothing better than managing every stage of production ourselves. That’s why we have our own machining center workshop. A state-of-the-art facility that gives us total control over the quality of materials, their processing and their final appearance. By mastering machining in-house, we guarantee that every component meets our standards, from start to finish of the manufacturing process.
Assembling profession: expertise for reliability
Assembly of POK products is a key stage that requires in-depth expertise. Every product, whether hand-nozzle or other equipment, is assembled in-house by highly skilled fitters. These teams have in-depth knowledge of every part and every mechanism, ensuring precise, meticulous assembly.
A hand nozzle is assembled entirely by a single person, guaranteeing perfect understanding of assembly and maximum attention to detail.
Testing: an assurance of performance
Before leaving our premises, our products undergoes a series of rigorous tests. Our test cabins and outdoor test area enable us to verify all equipment functionalities.
For a hand nozzle, for example, we systematically test flow, pressure and other characteristics to make sure it works perfectly under “real-life conditions”.
This testing process is crucial to ensuring that every POK product lives up to our customers’ expectations in terms of safety and performance.
